MY RAW FOOD DIET, THUS FAR

Ok, so I said I'd share with you what I've been eating the past two days, so here we go!

Saturday

Breakfast:
1 Whole Banana
1 16 oz glass of Raw Juice, which contains:
    1 Banana
    1 Apple
    1 Cup Blueberries (Frozen)
    2 Carrots
    1 Handful of Spinach

Lunch:  I was at the beach, so forgive me for this weird one.
1 Whole Banana
1 Whole Pulm
1 Whole Peach
Normally I would eat more, but because I was at the beach, I didn't.

Dinner:
Large Salad (in a mixing bowl), which contained:
    1 Handful of Lettuce
    1/2 A Green Pepper
    1 Handful of Spinach
    1/2 Tomato
    1 tbs of Olive Oil
    Salt & Pepper (to your liking)

Sunday

Breakfast:
1 Whole Banana
1 16 oz glass of Raw Juice, which contains:
    1 Banana
    1 Apple
    1 Cup Blueberries (Frozen)
    2 Carrots
    1 Handful of Spinach

Lunch:
Large Salad (in a mixing bowl), which contained:
    1 Handful of Lettuce
    1/2 A Green Pepper
    1 Handful of Spinach
    1/2 Tomato
    1 tbs of Olive Oil
    Salt & Pepper (to your liking)

Snack:
Juice, which contained:
    1 Peach
    1 Banana
    1 Cup Blueberries (Frozen)
    1 Carrot
    1 Handful of Spinach
    1 Cup of Soy Milk

Dinner:
Baby Carrots
Hummus, which contained: (my cheat, I know the beans are cooked)
    1 16 oz Can of Garbanzo Beans aka Chickpeas
    1/4 cup Liquid From Can of Chickpeas
    1 1/2 tbs Tahini
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 tbs Olive Oil
    2 tbs Dill
    1/2 tbs Paprika
    1 Handful of Olives

Snack:
1 Apple

I also take a crap-ton of vitamins.  If you want to know what, I'll tell you.  Just ask.
