I've been wanting to solder for sometime (if you don't know what that is it's the fusing of metals using solder) and I even went as far as to buy a soldering iron recently. Intimidated, but excited to try, I finally broken open the package today. I had been watching a few Youtube videos on soldering, but the idea of doing it scared me. I plugged it in and read the recommendations, then went for it. The first thing I wanted to do was turn an old camera light bulb into a necklace, so I did just that today!
I think I did alright for my first try, but boy is it frustrating trying to get the ring straight.
Well, that's my first soldering job! I'm not going to instruct anyone on how to do it because honestly I'm not an expert myself. If you're interested in soldering then I suggest researching it yourself and taking all the precautions. :)
